you need to get the carb sycronized if more than one . Either way the only true way to get it perfect is to use and exhaust gas analyzer and mess with the jets and mix screws. if you dont have access to those things let a professional do it.

There should be two screws on the side of the carburator, the low speed idle and high speed, best way to set them is to get a manual for the bike and start by setting them to the factory setting, the manual will tell you exactly how. Then you can adjust them by making 1/4 or 1/8 turns in it to make the bike run better.

Usually, the idle mixture (idle mixture screw)is correct when adjusted for the fastest idle. Then adjust the idle speed is adjusted with the idle speed screw.

If it has more than one carb, you really need a vacuum synchronizer.
