Does it bother you when you let someone go in traffic and they don't wave thank you?

I plan to travel on the holidays from Atlanta GA to Philadelphia PA (808.3 miles) to visit my family. I am in the process of buying a new car and I am not sure which would be best for long distance traveling, a manual or automatic. I love manual and that is my preference but I wonder if my knees would hurt after such a long drive. Do you think buying a manual car would be a good/bad idea or do you think I would be smarter buying an automatic.

It seems to me every morning it gets worse. I have tried other ways around it but people are getting wise and taking the back ways. Know anyshort cuts? I think I almost get rearended every morning.

I drive a truck for a living. I try to stay in the right hand lane, mind my own business. Why can't people merge correctly? Especially people in Missouri!! Why do you all insist on driving 45 mph ALL THE WAY TO THE END of a 3/4 mile long ACCELARTION ramp, pull out in front of me doing 20 mph under the speed limit, forcing me to take evasive action, then accelearrating ONLY AFTER I have to react. I just drove across Missouri today and this happened dozens of times. What do you folks think that mirror on your door is for? and they call it an accelaration ramp for a reason. HIT THE GAS! NOT THE BRAKE!!!

these multi maps are useless and im terrible at directions.
i hate motorways and big dual carriageways okay im a coward but i dont get out much and im supposed to be there tomorrow.

Hi..Can anyone in Southern California tell me if there is an alternate route to Santa Monica in the morning, during rush hour traffice, other than taking the 405 N FWY or Sepulveda Blvd? I need to get to Santa Monica, (Cloverfield) and to Culver City (Jefferson Blvd) in less than 2 hrs. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks!

I catch myself several times a day driving, singing, and tapping my hands and fingers on the steering wheel while driving on the highway, in town traffic.
