How can losing weight ever be a bad thing??? I can think of a ton of ways to save gas and this ???does not hold water.Plus who sits around thinking this stuff up...oh I know the perosn with the whole pkg. of oreos in front of their pc....

The more weight you carry will decreases gas mileage. But, two cars instead of one still uses roughly twice as much gas.

If the carpool is full of in shape people versus a bunch of fatties, it will still save gas.

You are right! I sold my car and walk or take public transportation...THAT saves gas!!
