I'll be moving to Austin within the next few months and I'll need to use the bus system. I am curious as to where the bus goes. Are there many stops throughout the town? Are there many stops outside of town? What lines do most people use? If I am not a UT student, can I still use the UT shuttle if I pay for it? Any information about anything related to this would be greatly helpful! Thanks!

I hate it when a dual carriage way is going down to one lane and you get all the selfish buggers trying to get to the front in the outside lane then cut in at the last minute!

If you are a school bus driver what do you think? How would you handle this, A kid gets on the bus every day with a gas mask on? She is allergic to the fumes , but needs transporation to and from school, Her parents insist that she takes the bus, Your Boss tells you to get her, and the other kids poke fun and make rude noises

This isn't a rumour or a myth, i work closely with the transport industry and pay per mile driving will be a reality in Britain by 2012. It is to be trialled in Birmingham and involves speed camera style beacons being erected on every single road around the city. You will be recorded driving past and sent a bill each month for your mileage.

The cost is £1.50 a mile at peak times but every single road has a different charge from 2p to £1.50 depending on time of day and traffic. This means an average 5 mile drive into and out of the city would result in a £230 a month charge.

The government say after a public survey, the public back the scheme and are more than happy to pay the fee to help cut congestion. I cant believe that so i want to hear some of your views. This will become a national scheme should the trial be a success.

I Ride a motorcycle.Lately; i noticed that a lot of car drivers either want to cut me off in traffic, close me in when i lane split in the freeway and just plain mean that they yell at me; "I hope you die you son of a !@#$^&!!!." Why all this hostilities towards us!?.Don't they even realize that we are actually REDUCING traffic by having one less car on the road? I already told my car driving friends that if half of the people started riding motorcycles to work(Lest you drive a Truck or a car for a living),There would be minimal or NO traffic at all whatsover. Am I wrong on suggesting this?

I want to find the cheapest way to get from Newark to Philadelphia and the rail systems appear to be the best option. Are these systems safe? For travelling on a friday afternoon-evening?

Simply put I was complaining about road ragers and inconsiderate people who without turn signals cut you off. Yet I get blasted and label a road rager.

It seems everyday on my commute to work I come into contact with some of the most ignorant people who are severly vehicularly challenged. It's like they have no idea though they drive the same path everyday which lane they need to be in and wait until the last minute to get over for their exit even if it means cutting another car off. It happens mostly within the city. Also I would almost swear that if you dumped a gallon of water on the road that some idiot will wreck because of it. While I am at it why do people consider the left hand lane of the interstate the fast lane when inevitable there is some old man or woman in that lane who goes 5 miles below the posted speed. I mean really if you are going to drive slow get the hell out of my way, I have somewhere to be obviously you do not. Has anyone else noticed this? Surely there are others out there like me that wonder how the hell some people managed to get a license in the first place.
