A road rager is some one who does not know how to keep his/her complaints under control. I talk to the other drivers all the time when cut short or some one in front of me has their turn signal on and never makes a turn. But I talk under my breath. I just hope I never run across any one who can read lips!! Then I'll be in trouble. Seriously a road rager is some one who goes beyond complaining and tries to get back at the person they are mad at on the road. Causing danger for them, the people they are mad at and the people caught in the middle. Some times with their own vehicle, some times with guns and some times they run the other person off the road and beat them up. I wouldn't classify you a road rager just for quietly complaining through conversation with others or under your breath to yourself.

Yes well it drives me crazy as well. Sometimes I'm tempted to ask people if they couldn't afford the turn signals when they bought the car. The problem is that there are so many people out their that think the Rules of The Road are just a suggestion. If I had a dollar for every person that blew off the stop sign by our house, I could quit my job. The problem in my opinion is enforcement. The police only ticket speeders. It's easy, they have the radar display and they go to court with it. How many times have you seen someone blow through a red light in front of a cop, and have the cop ignore it. Selective enforcement is the problem. If the police truly targeted bad drivers instead of speeders,(which are often not the cause of the problem) we'd be a lot better off in my opinion.

Well we're all guilty of road rage to one degree or another...the sad part about it all is that it's so easy for people to just lash out at other people....let's face it, you all do that here on the internet too...I try not to but some times some people are just so.....never mind. Anyhow, the point is that we're so very intolerant. I think if we were walking to work instead of in the car and someone almost walked into us, we'd say "oh excuse me, sorry, or something to the like". Being inside a vehicle, being anonymous, not knowing (or caring or seeing) the other person, make it that much easier to just lash out.
Granted, I agree with you. There are a lot of stupid, senseless, arrogant, uncaring, and plainly clueless as to the rules of the road drivers out there that simply deserve an *** kicking if only one's foot could stretch that far.

SustagurL2 as usual, you R absolutely right, AGAIN! AS you so eloquently stated: The ROADS are inundated with BAD & careless drivers! Thanks to UNSCRUPULOUS drivers, I no longer have a desire to drive or walk anywhere, yet unfortunately, I have to, it's a MANDATE & a way of life! AS a driver, I fear for my life & as a pedestrian I fear for my life doubly! The operative word is FEAR! Countless times by other PSYCHOTIC drivers: I've been called outta my given name, I've had the bird flipped at me, I've been almost mowed like lawn, I've had horns blown at me because I REFUSED to make a right turn when the sign claerly stated, no turn on right, people have cut me off & then told me they'd whoop my aspirin, etc. & those are just a few scenarios, to say the least! Need I say more?

I really don't think you are a road rager. Unless you shake your fists and yell violently at other drivers, you are not.

Road rage requires some action, not just complaining.

They are wrong for calling you road rager. For it to be called road rage, you need rage, not to annoyance.

Complaining accomplishes nothing. Screaming, hand gestures, aggressive driving to get even, ALL accomplish NOTHING.
Learn to take it easy and not react to other drivers. It only f***s up YOUR day, not theirs when you get mad.

somewhere there is something about he who is without sin cast the first stone. if you have always driven perfectly your whole life then you might be allowed to play traffic jesus. if not then learn that people make mistakes and its better if you learn to forgive and forget.
