For bus drivers please answer?

If you are a school bus driver what do you think? How would you handle this, A kid gets on the bus every day with a gas mask on? She is allergic to the fumes , but needs transporation to and from school, Her parents insist that she takes the bus, Your Boss tells you to get her, and the other kids poke fun and make rude noises

Explain it to the other kids before you pick her up. And tell the other kids that you know some little secrets about them and unless they want everyone to know, they should treat this girl with respect.

The bus driver should also wear a gas mask, and tell the other kids they all smell bad !!!!!!
