Maybe, but if you didn't drop litter, the organization would have more money to spend and either spend it or lower the rates, which would have the same effect on the economy since you would have more to spend. It is sick to litter puppy

Even if everyone don't drop litter on the floors, those working in the underground stations will not lose their jobs. However, they
would be deployed to do other types of work, like repairing
and repainting old signs, corridor walls and columns, checking
and reporting on suspicious people who look like city terrorists
etc.

No. There will always be people that need to be cleaned up after. I never drop litter.

No. Civil servants never lose their jobs. They would probably be reassigned to scrubbing graffiti off the walls instead so don't weep for them.

no they will find something for them to do. just like the highway workers ,it takes 2 to do the job & 2more to watch if they are doing it right.
