Nissan

It has 241000 miles on it right now, everything is stock, except the stereo and speakers. I have had a few people ask me if I'm selling it since it is a drifting car. However, I would only do that if I got something descent out of it, because I love driving it, one of the best turning radius' i've ever driven. Also, one guy said if i put $5k toward an engine it might go for $20k+... really?

Hi....I have a Nissan Presea 1994 auto which i bought a few weeks back..It's 1500cc V4. This car is in extremely good condition.Drives well... But i get about 4-5 kilometers per litre...Normally, a 1500cc car should do 10 kmpl avarage... ( I don't know how to convert this into miles per gallon) This is terrible.... I can run only about 230 kilometers on a full tank (50 litres)... I recently changed the spark plugs and got the carburator cleaned.. But still i get very low figures...I took it to the garage and they said the engine was totally fine (and it should be since this is a Nissan). Please tell me the possible reasons why this happens.. I don't think this is because the car is automatic... My friend's Nissan Sunny (which shares the same platform with the Presea) does about 10-11 kmpl avg.... Help please.....

The check engine is on because of this issue. I need to pass SMOG immed. Can I pass without replacing them? Other than that the car is in great shape and would pass no problem... thanks.

i have changed the spark plugs today on my 01 maxima with NGK iridium IX. but i didnt use the torque wrench to tight the plugs. i tighten them with the ratchet till they got all the way tight and no i didnt feel that i stripped the threading but as i said i did tighten them well. so you think i did a safe job by tighten them a little harder? i did put the anti-sieze on threading. so what do you say...should i have used the torque wrench or should i use the torque wrench in future? any suggestion...??? thanks.

I am thinking about getting a 1007 Nissan Quest for our new family car. Currently I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima, but it dues not have the room we need. My husband is 6'6" tall and our little girl is going to be tall like him, I can just see it. She is taller then 3 year olds and she just hit 2 years old! So we need something with more room for us as well as a 2nd baby that we plan to have in about another year. And need to have the room for our 2 Large dogs as well if we ever have to bring them with us.
Any way. I am looking to get some input on the 2007 Nissan Quests.. From people who have driven them for more then a week. I like how they look and from what I can tell from my short little test ride in one, that it seems to have a good ride and handeling. But I would like to get someones input who has had one for at least a week if not more. Is it a good buy etc..... All help would be great! Since we needs something good that will last us for 10+ years.

ok i have a 2002 nissan sentra se-r this car runs great but there is one small problem that i have been meaning to ask...
when i shift from 1-2 its fine... but when i try and shift to 3rd it goes but sometimes it seems like its hitting something in the process of it doing this shifting. it only does this to gear 3-4 going to the 5th is normal... just weird how when i shift to 2nd and 3rd it hits something...

My trunk wont open with the trunk button or the key. The key only goes in the whole half way and when i hit the trunk button i dont hear any noise. What is broke, or is there a secret technique? I didnt jam it or anything ive never put anything in it really it just quit?!!?
