I am thinking about getting a 1007 Nissan Quest for our new family car. Currently I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima, but it dues not have the room we need. My husband is 6'6" tall and our little girl is going to be tall like him, I can just see it. She is taller then 3 year olds and she just hit 2 years old! So we need something with more room for us as well as a 2nd baby that we plan to have in about another year. And need to have the room for our 2 Large dogs as well if we ever have to bring them with us.
Any way. I am looking to get some input on the 2007 Nissan Quests.. From people who have driven them for more then a week. I like how they look and from what I can tell from my short little test ride in one, that it seems to have a good ride and handeling. But I would like to get someones input who has had one for at least a week if not more. Is it a good buy etc..... All help would be great! Since we needs something good that will last us for 10+ years.

You will get the most for your money with a Quest compared to a Honda or Toyota... And they have one of the top ratings for there reliability, performance and safety. Plus from what I see they are also the best looking out there. Not the typical minivan. And they ride more like a sport car then a typical minivan that normally rides like a truck. (I have been driving one at work for our part deliveries the last 4 months.)

I would say go for it...

Whenever possible buy the most loaded example you can pay for. Rear seat entertainment comes in handy as does navigation display. Sky view skylights are totally unnecessary. But the front sunroof? Make sure you get the 5 speed automatic transmission regardless. That Gear box really makes the van run well enough that your husband will want to drive it. Ask for the Nissan family discount because your family has other Nissan Cars.

I work on them there great and think you should also look at the 4.0 liter V-6 Pathfinder for a little more truck. And the power and looks not so much like a mom taxi. The new quest really is a good choice for family duty.

I dont have a new one but quest last FOREVER... My mother bought one in 1993 and when she passed away in 03 it was given to us as a second car, it is still going strong and we dont maintain it like we should. 14 years old for heaven sake... plus the new ones look great. I would have one!
