I have a 95 Nissan Maxima, and when I turn on the car, the blinker lights do not work. However, when I turn on the emergency lights they work perfectly. To make matters worse, when I put on the headlights, the right blinkers work, but not the left. What could possible be wrong?

can i fit any different engine besides nissan into my nissan almera tino 2.2 diesel as these engines are crap and suffer major problems at about 65000 miles nissan know about this avoid these 2.2 diesels with direct injection because you will suffer in the end, thanks

can anyone give me some ideas why my pathfinder looses power when climbing hills, i did a tune up, had the tranny and exhaust checked and an stumped from here. It drives fine on the flats but when going up hill it will slow to 15 to 20 mile an hour but you can feel plenty of power in the motor, but no power to tranny?

ok it always makes this sound when i drive foward and it will do it once i break as well, what do you think is wrong its been like this for awhile now i have 70,000 miles on it now

also my wheel is alittle crooked when the wheels are turned straight the wheel isnt on the right angle, is that bad?

and i also recently noticed that when i let go of the break i hear this sound because one time i accidently dropped something into the emeregency break or whatever

It is an automatic transmission and the button for overdrive is located on the handle of (the thing that changes the car from park to reverse to drive) the gear changer.
Any ways, there is a light on my dash however the light highlights the display on my dash that says o/d off,
so when the light is on is the overdrive off? or is when the light off is the over drive off. (The only reason I ask is it seems like a double negative.) I just bought the car and do not have the user manual. Is there a way to tell by engine rev sound or rpm or ???? Thanks.

We are expecting a third child in a few weeks and need a larger vehicle... the dealership we are working with is suggesting the pathfinder, however, even with the third row seat it seems like you'd be cramped with three kids in there...all in car seats. Anyone have this vehicle? How well do you think three car seats would fit? Thanks :)

hi there. i am willing to buy either a 2008 altima coupe or 2007 toyota camry SE. i really like the altima coupe more than the toyota camry but a some people told me that toyota's are more reliable than the altima coupe. they also claimed that nissans break easilly than the toyota's. i dont reaaly understand if there is actually big difference between the nissan's and toyota's in terms of reliability. i have plans to keep the cars for a long time. i really take care of cars and perform the maintenance on time. the only thing i am worried about is if the altima coupe will last long or it will break down like KIA's. which one should i go for? thanks for your help.

STALLING~~... i replaced the fuel pump, relay,, the fuel filter is clean, it isnt the starter because it doesnt even pump gas . it seems like it is something electric!!!!

we just put the key in the ignittion you can here it wantint to start but nothing happens,. it like doesnt give enough energy to pump gas.. I DONT KNOW..

IT ISNT THE BATTERY EITHER..

i just called my technician this afternoon and he suggested only changing the MAF and air filter to fix my P0171 (system too lean) problem~~ cannot believe it!

he said that the o2 sensor might not be bad yet as the maf can be the ultimate cause to led the o2 sensors to give wrong readings~~

then i asked him if i need to bring the car to dealer for ECU reprogramming and he said no. it seems to him that 2001 maxima does need the ECU thing while my 2000 does not. i have been reading all of the threads in this forum realted to my problem and it seems to me that once the maf got changed the ECU is a must~~

so the question is: must the ECU be done after the MAF has been replaced for this 2000 maxima? well, the dealer told me that it cost "only" 95 bucks to do this--but in case the o2 sensor is bad as well but not changed this time when i did the reprogramming. in the future if i change the o2 sensor too, should i reprogram the ECU again b/c the o2 change? thanks!

I have a 07 2.5sl altima and I am having difficulites with the alarm system. Each time I locked my car and later opened my trunk, the alarm went off(normally the alarm wouldnt goes off even the car is locked or not; ) Also each time i unlocked the car door, the lound sound went off, likethe sound when I usually locked the door), but it appear when I unlocked the door. Is there any problems with my car?
