07 altima security alarm problem?

I have a 07 2.5sl altima and I am having difficulites with the alarm system. Each time I locked my car and later opened my trunk, the alarm went off(normally the alarm wouldnt goes off even the car is locked or not; ) Also each time i unlocked the car door, the lound sound went off, likethe sound when I usually locked the door), but it appear when I unlocked the door. Is there any problems with my car?

Intelegent key fob? push button start? Nissan is having difficultys with remotes and cell phones. You might want to get your checked out before the car won't let you in and start. Take all the keys and remotes in to get checked.
