I have a 95 Nissan Maxima, and when I turn on the car, the blinker lights do not work. However, when I turn on the emergency lights they work perfectly. To make matters worse, when I put on the headlights, the right blinkers work, but not the left. What could possible be wrong?

How you describe the problem I would take the cover off behind the stering wheel and replace the turnsignal switch. Does the keyless entry remote flash the turnsignals?

THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH IS MOST LIKELY THE PROBLEM, BECAUSE IT CONTROL THE HEAD LIGHTS AND YOUR TURN SIGNAL AND EVEN OR BRAKE LIGHTS, IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS A LOT OF MILE ITS BEEN USED A LOT SO IT COULD BE WORN OUT.
