13 is magic is'nt it! That is how old your distributor cap rotor and spark plug wires are! Can you hear buzzing in the gas filler with the cap removed while some one else is cranking? 1995 the fuel pump could of died of old age. try this have Joe or anyone crank over the starter and spray a little carburator cleaner into the throttle chamber. V-rooom or not to V-room that is the question? Acts like it wants running the fuel pump is dead. Does not change a thing your spark is not happening. That is all I can advise right now What engine how many miles and .....A little more back ground into what made you think fuel pump relay? E=mail me

you need to see if the pump is creating pressure turn the Key to "ON" not start and listen to see if it pumps for 4-8 seconds, if it pumps you know the pump is good now see if you have pressure at the injectors use a fuel pressure guage if you dint have one feel the inlet(squeeze it) line during cranking it should give resistance if you cant do that disconnect it and see if gas pours out it should be under high pressure, if it is not check the filter for trash and check the lines for trash use an air hose to clean them out just make sure you don't push trash back to the tank or forward toward the injectors. if all this checks out it may be an ignition problem make sure you have spark, if you do then check for proper air flow, see if there is trash in the intake and make sure your air flow meter is clean, if none of this works you may need to take it to a Nissan dealer, good luck.

People are trying to help you and you are calling them smart ***...that's awesome. You are the dumba$$ on here who can't figure it out. Quit being rude and either take someone's advice or take it to a shop. Dude.

Also, thanks for mentioning that the guy was "Hispanic". That is the most important thing to mention. Very relevant and that will help everyone diagnose your car now. Thanks.
