Yeah me and my boyfriend are going to drive to california from indiana and hes been looking at this mustang i think its a 95 or a 97 we have to go 2,100 miles or a little bit more im just trying to figure out the cost of gas for our trip ...so does any body know how many miles to the tank?????

i havea 1998 Ford Windstar that by manufactuers recommend that it runs on 87 octane. If i run it on a higher octane will i get better gas mileage?

2007 ford mustang gt or 2004 mustang mach 1 all with the same exact mods. c.a.i, headers, exhaust setup, pulleys, computer chips, cams, new cylinder heads, both are manual, both have superchargers.

p.s. both have really great drivers.

Make sure all fuses are good. Check the cable to see if it is connected to the throttle body and to the cruise control servo. Check to see if the cable is faulty. The switches on the steering wheel are prone to failure.

I have checked fuses and they are a GO
But How exactly do i check the throttle body and servo?

i have a 99 ford super duty powerstroke. the transmission will only work for about two or three miles then it just quits pulling. I shut the truck off then start it right back up then it is fine for another couple of miles. I did drain the fluid and it is burnt but could that be my problem?

and the tensioner and the idler pullies? I got the old timing gear off, but now I can't get the new timing belt over all the gears and pullies no matter how much I wrestle with the belt tensioner. I've loosened the tensioner bolt, put an allen wrench in the hex-hole in the face of the tensioner pulley and turned the pulley to allow maximum clearance for the belt to pass straight through down to the crank gear. I've tried prying the tensioner with screw-drivers away from the belt, prying the belt onto the crank-gear, yanking on the belt really hard, everything I can think of and the belt's too tight to get it around the 2 cam sprockets, the crank gear, the idler pulley, and the tensioner-pulley. All I need's about 1/4" more belt and I'd be able to get the timing belt back on and then worry about the surpentine belt. I may have to get the car towed tomorrow to the ford place to let the pros do it. Is there a way for the tensioner-pulley to move even further back giving more belt to go

I fell in love with the '05 Mustang when I first saw a photograph of it in a issue of Life magazine. I had no idea it was remake of the '65 Mustang.

Me and my dad visited the nearest Ford place. I had the opportunity to sit inside the '05 Mustang just to see what it looks like inside. It looks so cool. Leather seats, radio, cd player, v6 , too cool!

I love the way they've designed it and remade it. Cool car. I'm praying to get one when I get my licence. I'm 18. Still learning.

Power kicks on to all the electronic stuff, but when you turn the key it doesnt make any sounds, nothing. When you pop the hood and have someone turn the key all you hear is what sounds like something unlocking, and then one single click, then nothing, any suggestions?

That the engine is ruined. We have 16,000 left on our loan and now have to pay $6400 for a new engine. It is just out of warranty, we have had it for exactly a year. Any suggestions as to what we can do?? No engine lights, no warning anything was wrong.. This is not right!! Dealer is pretty much saying, yeah it sucks for you, now fork over the big bucks. i recently purchased a 1996 mustang and the owners manual is missing. the cigarette lighter and accessory outlets are dead, i checked for power at the plug and have none but i cant find ablown fuse and the fuse cover says '' see owners manual for fuse location''. any idea where they are and if they are even the same fuse?

This is probably an odd question, but I have a reason for asking it. On my 02 focus there's a tiny black diamond pattern grid type design along the inside outer edge of the front wind sheild. It flairs out a bit above the rear view mirror, and I'm curious (with good reason) to know what the @#%% it is. Please respond ONLY if you do know. Thanks
