Which one of the trucks would you buy and why, I know that the F-150 tows and hauls more, but the tundra has more power. The ford is a more proven model and the tundra isn't. So which one would you buy and why.

I would like to lift a 2004 Ford Taurus at the jack notch and put the car on a stand for oil change. Where is the spot I can put the Jack spot safely? The Jack notch is not wide enough to accommodate both the jack and the stand at the same time. Also, let me know of a pictorial manual that supports your answer. Thank you.

have decided on my Tow Vehicle. After much research and factoring in amount of and distance of towing a large 5th wheel. My budget allows for a truck in the $6-8,000 range with $2-4,000 in mods and updates. This led me to 1997-2002 Ford F350 7.3L Turbo PSD Supercab with 150-200,000 miles.. Now the search begins... What should I be looking out for when looking at used deisels? I know that they are vulnerable to poor maintenance of cooling and air systems. But how can i recognize damage to block and turbo? Are there ways to test these and can I hire someone to look at one and give an honest assesmant if i buy out of state? I plan on taking great care of this truck but dont want to get burned with a complete rebuild for a few years yet. Thanks

I've got a 92 lx 5.0 convertible and I'm looking for a manual that shows diagrams on how the car is put together. Something to help me replace body parts on it, as well as electrical things and hoses. Anyone know where I can find a manual free online?

i have a friends ZR2 and she come over with it idling rough, and stalls when cold, i ran the codes and came up with P0171 bank 1 to lean, my book just tells my the came thing but dont give any ides of where to look.
the other thing that i dont under stand is IT ONLY HAS ONE BANK lol.

the car wont be back here tell this weekend and some one has already told me to look at the PVC valve and hose, just thought i would ask for any other ides on what to look for or where.

ford ranger edge2001 missing out or felt like fuel filter was clogged i put new wires and plugs on it . runs better but not fixed I notice a glow in the motor so when i looked underneath my cataltic converter was just a glowing and hot what do i do and could there be more damage to my truck ? Water coming out the tail pipe also.

My boyfriend has a Mustang GT 2002. It's cherried out and, I must admit that it rocks. However, he's only let me drive it a few time and, while I try to understand that it's his baby...it's only a car!! He keeps it covered, won't drive it in the rain and has the middle space in our garage. Am I being insensitive? I kind of understand, but don't totally understand the rules. Can ya help a sistah out? ive changed the heads and intake (carb intake) now its building to much pressure causing to blow out the rear main seal.i cant figure out the problem no motor noises or power loss just not sealing!!!!!

I have about $2,000 to spend on modfication to my mustang. I would like speed and perfromance out of my mustang. I have a A/T trans and the 3.3L Straight Six Motor. Please list parts and modifaction and steps I would need to consider when going the different routes with swap you all would do if it was your car. I am just getting tried of people pulling up next to me in honda and those other B S toy cars and wanting to see what my car and I can't show them anything for it but the name MUSTANG.

hi, do you think that all automakers will quite making big SUVs in the future due to high gas prices? Ever since the excursion was taken off of fords lineup (which i always thought was a very very good vehicle) ive been scared that this could happen to all big supersized SUVs. because now that the excursion is gone i will have to resort to the new expedition el, which doesnt look as good or as big as the excursion, i just hope that ford makes the expedition el for a very long time. what do you guys think....will all auto makers have to give up the super sized suvs due to continualy high gas prices or will they stay around forever?

got screwed by car dealer on a 2006 mustang I bought 5 mos ago. to date no title, registration or tags. NJ DMV is requesting an etching of the serial number but, the one under the windshield is too low to stick pencil in and the one on the door is printed on a sticker, not etchible. Is there anywhere else I might find the VIN #?
