First check to be sure that the PCV valve, and hoses are attached correctly and not blocked. If the PCV system is ok, then you have a serious problem with blow by in the cylinders, which would most likely mean you need new rings!

I would bet the problem is in the PCV or hoses!

That is a common problem when people put new heads on old engines...the heads seal tight enough that it forces more blow by past the rings and into the crankcase. Make sure your PVC valve is good and your hoses are all clear. Also make sure your breather filter is clean. A lot of my old beaters will clog the breather filter fast...some of them I've ended up removing the filter so the blowby can get out easier without building the pressure up so much. Your rear main seal is also pretty worn. You may have to either live with the oil leak or plan on rebuilding the bottom end.

Yeah, odds are the crankcase ventilation system isn't working correctly, but that's still a bunch of pressure to blow out the rear main.

I agree with Bob.If you put new heads on an old motor you can get to much blow by through the rings. You are just lucky it didn't shove the oil rings out.If you are going to rebuild the top end,why didn't you rebuid the lower end at the same time? That is my Question.
