i have a 1989 chevy suburban and it keeps blowing my guage fuse
and it will drain down my battery after a few days.
my altenator is good i had it checked.you know that lil trick when you pull your neg battery cable off it will keep runing.when that guage fuse blows and i pull off the neg cable it will die.i will replace the fuse and it keeps blowing them.but after a couple of days put a fuse in it and every thing will be just fine for a couple of weeks or longer and it will do the same thing over agin.i have been told i have a short some where but why does it die when i pull off that neg battery cable

I replaced my 93 Chevy Beretta's alternator last year. I recently had my car battery die on me. Ever since I replaced the battery, the car acts like it wants to stall when ideling then it revs itself back up, tries to stall again, and the cycle continues. Seems to only do this at night when the headlights are on. I guess my question is: why is it doing this? Please, serious answers only.

I know this is kind of dumb to ask gas saving tips for but anybody know of ways to save gas in a 75 chevy truck, 350? (no dumb answers like dont drive it or something) It being 3/4 ton its almost guarenteed that it has 4.10, is their any way to tell without pullin the pumpkin cover? I also heard that a 2 barrel carb can sometimes suck more gas than a 4 barrel sometimes? can anybody help me out?

I have a '92 Chev. Blazer with a 4.3 (4x4). I used to have problems with it starting the first time,but if I would let it die, it would start right up the second time. Now it won't start at all. I was low on gas and put some in, and still nothing. Starter fluid isn't working. All of the connections appear to be good. Any ideas?

Sounds like knocking coming from the trunk area, really bad over small bumps, great on straight drining. the Bushings underneath look good no cracks , struts look good aswell no leaks, anyone have any ideas what it could be.

i am asking where i can find a supercharger or turbo for my 2.4L Chevy Cobalt SS, i do not have the 2.0L SS that comes supercharged. I have the 2.4L non supercharged SS. It has a bigger engine then the supercharged version. I need to know where to find a supercharger for it or a turbo
