Your best all around global search is via eBay, but those might be fairly specialized.
J.C. Whitney may have some of them...
If all else fails watch for a car show and go there with a pad and pencil and pick everyone elses brain for sources.
'66 is not that old tho.. and eBay may have what you need.

Ekler's Classic Chevy International in Titusville, Fl has an excellent selection of truck parts. Surburans, Carryalls, and Panel trucks all share many different parts such as suspension engine ,brakes, etc. Also. LMC Trucks has a free catalouge that will be a great help to you.
