I have seen those relatively new digital capacitors on the market. I mean the ones that look like a amplifier, not monitor top caps. Are they any good? How do they work?

Need to know:

+If any type of special racking system is needed
+speaker size
+I want some knock so I want a speaker box for more base
+radio (I know I need a 1 DIN radio that accepts an iPod)

Here is the amp:

http://sm.crutchfield.com/S-C6a7vlifyGn/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?search=XM+2002GTR&i=158XM2002

And here are the subs (x2):

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-RlNOWhRfCnM/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?search=w301r&i=130TSW301R

The speakers are rated at 800 W max power, and the amp is rated at 1200W max power. So, from this I am understanding that for a split second at maximum efficiency, the amp COULD deliver a MAX punch of 600W to each speaker. But, the speakers are rated at 800W max, so they shouldnt blow right?

But then I wonder, is it terrible to run at a slightly higher RMS even if your speaker max is higher than the amp max? I would think then they physically cant blow if the yfollow the scenario above.

Couldn't I properly adjust the gain so I don't get distortion at my maximum preferred listening volume? Or can speakers blow without a warning such as distortion?

I have a two channel amplifer that puts out 800 rms.( http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6195.html ) I am looking for sound quality, but can still get really loud. I have two Audiobahn AW122N's http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_3985.html hooked to it right now and it sounds great, but the subs are starting to make a popping sound so I want to try something new now. So I either want one really good 12" sub, two good 12" subs, or four 12" subs. I have the space and I know enough about wiring to wire any of those choices together. What will sound the best/clearest/best sound quality/loudest of these combinations.
#1 one http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_4222.html
#2 one http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_1620.html
#3 two http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_7922.html
#4 two http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_7039.html
#5 four http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_7223.html
These are the subs in my $200 - $300 price range. Please help me pick the best choice.
