I hook up my mp3/ipod to a tape and put it on my tape player, the thing is that 95 honda's have tape players with automatic flip, so, it doesn't let the song play sometimes, it just keeps flipping, it gets me soo mad, how can I fix this?

I have 2 Audiobahn 12'' flame q's (AW1206T). Each sub has 1100 RMS at 2 or 8 ohms. I have KENWOOD KFC-X680 speakers with an RMS of 2-56 and peak of 280 at 4 ohms.

So i need help deciding between the Rockford Fosgate T20001BD which i could get for about $600 on ebay:
1 channel
750 W x 1 @ 4 Ohms RMS
1500 W x 1 @ 2 Ohms RMS
2000 W x 1 @ 1 Ohms RMS

or the Rockford Fosgate T30001BD which i could get for about $800-$850 on ebay:
1,000 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms
- 2,000 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms
- 3,000 watts RMS x 1 at 1 ohm

Which amp do you guys suggest for my set up? Should i pay an extra couple hundred bucks for the extra power?

At low volumes, the entire voice of the system goes down obviously but that nearly shuts down all the sound coming from the subs, meaning only the vocals and tweeters seem to be playing. what do i do

i have a pioneer dvd player in my car. pioneer compos in the rear and extra tweeters in the front, with a sub-woofer in the boot. The problem is whatever way or settings i keep, somehow the vocals are too low to be heard over the bass and the shrill of the woofers and tweeters. what do i do to get good vocal sound also in standard settings of the headplayer?

Hooked up new stereo with 12"sub and a pretty large amp and also added (2) 6x9's and (4) tweeters. All's good for a while. Then...dashboard lights go, power release for trunk, cigarette lighter. Replace fuse or fuses, all good again......for a while. Then same crap........what is going on with my car a.k.a. Carrie! lol!

I would like to put a nice sound system in my 99 buick century because the current stock speakers are not good at all. I recently installed a cd deck but I still need to buy speakers. I would like some good bass but I also want quality sound. I dont know much about car audio except that i need mid range door speakers, tweeters, subwoofers, and an amplifier to get a well balanced system. I was wondering what would be the best for 800 dollars or less.

ok here is how my speakers came wired from the factory, and the way i am thinking of wireing them, please tell me which is better, and what impedance this is with both the subs being dual 4 ohm voice coils, each positive and negative set represents a voice coil just so there is no confusion, also if there is a better way to wire for more power, i really want to run the subs so they each have there own channel and i dont have to bridge them, the amp is 4 ohm stable and the speakers nominal impedance is dual 4 ohm any input would b great

I have a 95 Ford Crown Victoria, and I bought a Philips Cassette Tape Adapter to hold me over. Well the tape works, but for some reason it keeps reversing the tapes sides about every 5 seconds, I dont see a button for an auto reverse or anything. I'm guessing there has to be a way or something I need to hit to make it stay on the one side...can anyone help me?
