I purchased a vehicle from a dealership about a week ago, but I am noticing shaking in the steering wheel when I brake. I have not started payments on it yet, but I was wondering is there a time limit that the dealer has to exchange or me return the car if I am already having problems.

I have a Toyota Rav4 2001 with extended warranty that runs out it July. I'd like to know how trade-ins work. I owe $5000 on it and paid about $8000. If I get say a Toyota Yaris that sells for $11000 how will my payment work out ?

I am considering purchasing a new car. Car dealers try to make leasing sound like the best thing ever to happen, but I find it hard to trust them. Can anyone with actual experience offer any input? Were you glad you leased? Did you regret leasing and if so why, etc?

Opinoins, want to know if I'm negotiating a good price, I feel we're getting a pretty good deal but just checking it out before we finalize. So what do you think we're looking at about $26500 for a 2007 Rav4 Limited Ed. 4x4 with a V6. Has 3rd Row, Sun Roof comes with all the extras except the DVD entertainment for the back or heated seats because we don't do leather seats in our family.

that he cant pay for it because of the price of insurance so we tried to surrender the vehicle the car lot said they wont and cant take it back because it is in his name
he is trying to file for bankruptcy and was told by his lawyer to surrender the vehicle to the car lot we tired to talk to the general manager and he wouldnt help us out

What do you think is the nicest coupe being produced right now? Under 100k please, I don't want 10 answers to be the Bugatti Veyron.

My car has a bad cylinder apparently and I want to sell it. How can I find someone to buy it? It's running and my bf wants to sell it for $400. But its smokes like crazy too. I'm not putting an ad out here, where can I put one out besides craigslist? Would you purchase it for that much money? How much should I be selling it for? She has a car that she still owes 14,000 on. She's moving out of town and can't take the car with her, so she's trying to have someone else take over the car. I wanted to know, would she just be able to sign the car over to somebody and they start making the payments or would the person she sold it to need to go to the bank, get a loan for the payoff amount, give it to her to pay off her loan and then the buyer starts paying off the loan to the bank? She's trying to preserve her credit, so she can't do a voluntary reposession, so what can she do to get rid of that car?

I bought a car and they did not give me much for my trade. They kept my trade and gave me a loaner. The new car is not here yet. I have already gone through finance and signed power of attorney for them to pay off my loan. Is there a way to get out of the contract? Thanks.
