Usually a leased vehicle can be driven by any licensed driver you would like. Be sure to read the entire contract to be sure.

The only people who care who drive your car is your insurance company. Make sure they are all listed to drive it. In collision cases the insurance company can denigh a claim with a driver they do not insure. You will have lilability but no collision with most drivers that are not on you policy. Each state is different as are each policy. So check your DMV office and check your insurance carrier. The leasing company will not care who drives.

There is no restriction to who can or can't drive the car. As long as you have insurance on the vehicle, the bank doesn't care.
