I am looking to buy a new car and I know I want a four door, compact sedan. I drive a Toyota Camry right now and love it, but was looking for a domestic car. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

If you were selling your car, how would you go about it? Where do you feel is the best place and/or way to get it sold? Why?

I was told it wasn't worth the money to have a fuel converter put in my 1990 Ford Escort. As I understand it, a fuel converter and using biodiesal can double or triple your miles per gallon. But when I inquired about putting a converter in my car to a relative who works on cars, he told me it wouldn't be worth the money. I put in around 3-400 miles a week on my car, so I would really like to up the miles per gallon, so why can't I do the converter with my car?

You can't have a decent conversation without being rudely interupted by that loud annoying noise of that stupid motor. Why is that if a car has a hole in the muffler and it gets pulled over and ticketed for being loud, but a harley's motor is louder than s*** and that is ok?

I was having some trouble with my car recently, and someone told me that i had "bad gas". I'm assuming that gasoline is like water or juice for cars, and anytime i get something that tastes bad, I add sugar. My friend assured me that it was a good idea, so should i add a cup of sugar straight to the tank....? or do i need to mix it thouroughly in a can first?

I live in Scotland and i wonder if for example i had a car number plate beging' SO then 06 making SO06 the first 4 digits of a car does that mean that csar is from the Glasgow area? I have been told recently that the 06, 07, 08, 09 combined with the firt part 'SO' etc part of a number plate depends on the are that the car is from.. is this true?

It once upon a time was easy to tell a straight forward wnumber plate by the first letter, now tho it seems complicated.

does anyone work in a car manufacturing or car sales that could inform me of the new rules?

I found out who the City of Toronto hired as the contractor, made contact with the site manager and e-mailed him the photos of the damage and repair bill as well as additional estimate required, along with the details of the occurence - raised manhole cover during resurfacing, no way to avoid running over it. Their claims department sent me a form letter denying my claim. The total damage to the exhaust system is in the neighborhood of $ 500. How do I go about having them pay for it, or do I have to pursue the City of Toronto as well? Small claims court, or do I first suggest to them I am willing to go to court?
Thx for any insight/comments
