RTS= Runs Till Sold ad with Autotrader Magazine, they will also give you a spot on the Yahoo.com autos as well as Autotrader.com!

In my opinion, they best sites for private party car sale ads.

best wishes, try'em out, give'em a call.

I've found eBay the best because it gets the most exposure and higher prices. But it is the most expensive option.

Plus, the people coming to see the car are obligated to purchase it since it is a contract. With Craigslist you'll have dozens of lookyloos who just waste your time and make ridiculous lowball offers and some might even come to rob you.

Craig's list and local paper. Your local paper reaches the people in your area, who are most able to come look at it. Craig's list will draw in people from your area and a bit beyond, so it reaches more people.

If you have something fairly rare, Craig's list will draw people from around the country, which can be a boost for your sale.

My work place is on a busy highway. I would park my car in the front parking lot, facing the road, with a "For Sale" sign on it.

Well, I've had no luck with Craig's List or AutoTrader. I guess I'll try print newspaper classified next.
