I want to go to a new bus stop even though this one is more far away. There's lots of people at that bus stop and I'm all alone at mine. The walk is slightly uphill, I have pretty long legs, but I have to carry a (usually) heavy backpack and sometimes a trumpet. How long would it take me to walk there?
PS- I would get up and try it but I don't want to walk around and people be like "WTF why is she wearing a backpack and carrying around a suitcase, it's Sunday!" So yeah, but if it comes to that, I will. but I'd rather just do this. Thanks to all.

I am a marine technician recent grad of mmi. Looking for any suggestions to make the task of aligning a 350 chevy V-drive easier.I was told the best spec. was .002", and is this a two thousanths difference at all measurement points? Or is it a tolarance between say three points? when the engine was pulled I never changed any of the mount adjustments. The boat is in the water, and the engine was pulled to do some transmition work i guess time,patience and alot of adjusting will do it but i cant understand why it is out of alignment when I never changed any motor mount positions.

it may need a starter and carb work but runs okay. 134,000 miles. some rust, holes on the suface, above the rear "wheel wells" (there appear to be any actual wheel wells, just the body of the car) and in the floorboard. the doors are very good and click shut like a refrigerater. good glass and wheel covers and looks pretty good in its origanal paint.
could i expect to turn it over or part it out? i am not the type to restore one. or is this investment unsafe at any cost?
i might just get it to drive around. is it legal/safe to, considering no sealt belts and everything?

starting with standard stiffness suspension and roll bars, but lowered, if i add stiffer front springs with standard rear will this help turn in and reduce understeer or increase understeer.

I have a 2002 focus 1600 it has been going fine until today when the enginewarning light came on. It started flashing at first but the slower i went it became a permanent light. I intend to take it to a dea\lership on tuesday but was wondering what the probelm could be and is it still safe to drive the car until tuesday???? Many Thanks to all who respond.

My friend has a 90 YJ and I just want to know what other models and years would make a worthy donor. I would rather swap the complete axle than to mess with the diff. If you could also provide a link to any axle code charts that decode gear ratios that woiuld also be helpful. Thanks in advance.

PleaseHelp Can I return a brand new motorcycle I just bought and financed yesterday?
I bought the bike before closing time-I know the paperwork wasn't sent in yet-I traded in a scooter and will have put around 16 miles on it by the time I bring it back to the dealer-They tacked on hundreds of dollars in fees and even told me I needed a lojack device almost $1000 more just in that-I made such a bad decision I am trying to get as much information before I go back to yamaha tommorrow-I am so worried I don't have a clue what my rights are

This happened at a Walgreens drugstore so I drove it across the street to a Good year tire b ecause the service station was closed on a Saturday.The engine sounds funny now and the temp gage was as hot as it can get.Who is responsible for this?There might be engine damage now.The anti freeze was all over the inside of car.Good year put in more antifreeze and then had trouble strating car,temp gage very hot engine sounds funny.Before antifreeze leaked out everything was fine. Can you have it filled with petrol and stored in your boot...or must it be empty and only used if you run out of fuel to walk to a petrol station and fill it and walk back???
