Engine, Transmission, diff, axles, u-joints and on some cars the water pump as well. You still need to do all your services and have records if you don't change oil in these parts on time or a little late you will void this warranty.

"Powertrain" is usually defined as the engine and transmission as a unit, including the clutch or converter between them. But read your warranty carefully; they have different definitions.
