My grandfather has an easychair that you can push a button on and it lifts up from the back so he can get up easier. Wouldn't this be great for toilettes? He thinks so.

We have a wonderful little bar a couple of blocks out of the way, in a downtown neighborhood that eventually will be upgraded (Investors have now bought older, commercial buildings all around it)...we do not serve much food--hot dogs, chili, quesidillias, etc because there is no proper kitchen or any opportunity to expand like that...word of mouth has helped, but no one wants to walk out of their way....

Most of my living is made from using the internet, have you found it a source for creating an income.

Did the internet help you create a new money making idea, or has it assisted your already entrepernerial venture.

I own a web-based retail outlet selling books and we photograph the book covers (with the publishers' permission) to create images to go alongside the product descriptions on the website. I have become aware of a competitior in the market "stealing" my images (I know they're mine as I mark them discreetly!) for their own website. Cheeky! As you can imagine, I'm rather annoyed by this and would like to know how best to confront them to ask them not to use my work.
Many thanks for your time!

*im not lookin for opinions. lookin more for some fact. my friend and i dont agree and i would like to know whos right.
i feel that if you own a company and all of a sudden you lose half your clients you would go out of business. my friend says that they will use supply and demand. i also feel that they would lose too much to use supply and demand. please help.

They are right on the main highway, next to the movie theater. I'm still thinking of putting this business in town, but downtown, which is not really the best location. But I want to have a pizzaria and a deli. If you had $100,000 + to do this, would you gamble on it, knowing there is another similar business not too far from town? Reminder, I would be right in town.

I currently live in Europe and work on the net with a US firm. So far they've been fine, paid on time and exactly what they owed me. I hope this stays this way, but - just in case - what do i do if they don't pay me or even bounce the checks?
One thing, of course, is stop working with them, but - how do i get back what i am owed? Do i take them to court here in Europe? Do i take them to court in the US? Is there any way of solving such a situation without court time or travel?
a typical check is around $2500, and traveling back to the US would be very costly.
