I borrowed £12,000 from my husband for a business venture that went wrong he has now issued proceedings against me by Money on Line.Can he do this?

I'm a photographer and recently did a wedding over labor day weekend. My lights were not working properly, so we had to do pics outside. which was fine w/everyone. Well, now that everything is done, the mother of the bride keeps calling and bitching about how the pics were taken. Yes, I understand this is a once in a lifetime thing, but we really had no choice but to do them outside. I'm giving them a discount because of the fact. The mother has never been a nice person. To anyone.They have not even seen the pictures yet, so I don't understand why she's having such a freak-out about things. I don't think its been too long for them to wait for the pictures. Its getting close, but I've run into several problems. How do I handle her without being unprofessional? I need some advice.

Sometimes you enter a large store with tons of electronic equipment.

Does the business still keep the payment (the transaction was already done) and just a flag or mark on their record by the credit card company. Does anything get flagged on our credit report? We have had some very bad luck with a photographer we worked with and considering this an option.

a client who is a designer recently broke another appt. to meet with me. No phone call again ! 2 yrs ago I made every window treatment in her own home , all went well. I overlooked the 1st time she was a no show but now she does it again, I'm so angry that I want to tell her to never bother me again, am i being too sensitive ? Go Doers is an organization in which people go door to door to sell magazines to earn points to enable them to become better leaders in all aspects of leadership and become self-sufficient, eventually, in being able to support themselves. They work with a core group of people to help them develop the leadership skills. I have purchased several magazines, never received them, and now I am wondering what the reports are on them from the Better Business Bureau. I am not able to find that. I would like the information or where I am able to locate it before I call the company because it will cost me to call them. Thank you for any help and/or guidance.
