I have lots of used news paper (tons) how to reuse or recycle.

donate the papers to a animal shelter. they use them to line the cages for the animals. they are always needing papers. well at least they are in my area.

I assume that you are not going to sell these papers to somebody else and want to do something urself.

Please contact KVIC ( Khadi Village). They train people for recycling of papers. In case you do not have a branch office in your town, call the state branch or u can get into touch with Central office of KVIC in Mumbai city. If u find it difficult to contact them, please send me a detailed email about ur requirements. I am based in Mumbai. I will make enquiries there and let you know.
I felt happy that somebody is trying to recycle. This is ecologically very very good sign.
