well, if the purchase is large, might recommend you to personally visit the company, see personally their factory, this will be able to give you an idea of their capability,,,
if you do buy from them,,, use L/C as payment term
i might recommend that you use a trading company in Hong Kong,, yes, you might pay a premium of 20% or so, depending on the product,, but they will do the background check,, personal visit, quality check.... for you..
