I am planning on opening a small flight school. I need to loan about $250,000 to purchase aircraft and buildings. Who knows how I can get that sort of loan for my small business?

Several sources are available: Small Business Association, Venture Capital firms, local lending institutions, and private investors. If you are seeking some kind of grant (or perhaps a loan as well), I'd check with my local Congressman about what's available.

the priority began in sub-best mortgages. Fannie and Freddie were not legally allowed to purchase those mortgages on the time. If Fannie and Freddie had not been allowed to purchase further and extra good mortgages (rated AAA) then abode costs would've collapsed quicker.

If you need to ask that question.....here...your credibility is suspect. Generally planes are leased as is hangar space.
