I am a boilermaker/welder,living in Australia and i am constantly thinking about something simple.I take my hat off to the guy who invented this idea as here in Australia ,all building and construction sites, have to be fenced off.Previously, all builders have been using rolls of wire(we call it chain mesh or cyclone fencing) and they have taken it from site to site, and eventualy it looks worn out and --an eyesore. So someone has come up with this idea, and it is everywhere.--check it out--perhaps it could be a good idea for the country you live in?/--www.rentafence.com-----let me know if you have seen any good ideas in your country.

The wholesaler is rather bad at answering emails and I have been waiting for about 7 weeks for my stock to come in and so have been loosing money. I have now asked for a refund and he says that should he choose to give me a refund he will take a 25% restocking fees. Does any one know the law on this? Is there some regulatory body I can contact to give me some advice on this?
Thank you.

Wouldn't it be in the best interest of a business or company to be open on certain holidays?(especially when others are closed?). Is there some sort of benefit to being closed besides intrisic things like happy employees? Unions may demand these days of but what about smaller businesses without union employees? Is there some sort of national legislation that says you cannot be open on certain days?

I'm thinking to open a small store close to a 600-room beach hotel and a 200- room Timeshare property on a popular Caribbean island.

What would be THE best business idea, what kind of store, type of products, suppliers, etc.

Thank you!
