The wholesaler is rather bad at answering emails and I have been waiting for about 7 weeks for my stock to come in and so have been loosing money. I have now asked for a refund and he says that should he choose to give me a refund he will take a 25% restocking fees. Does any one know the law on this? Is there some regulatory body I can contact to give me some advice on this?
Thank you.

Yes you do have recourse, there is an organisation called the Trading Standards , if you look at my profile you can email me with the details of the company, I will find out the name of the local TS and email it back.
