how much does it cost to start up a bar?

thinking of starting up a bar in a town of about 50,000. Just wondering how much something like this costs..?

There are too many variables to answer this, such as rental cost or lease cost of building, insurance, cost of liquor and beer, interior decor, pool tables, juke box, supplies, labor, etc etc.
