Check your local library for two books... "Marketing without Money" and "More Marketing without Money." They have really good suggestions on getting your name and services out there without having to bust your butt or your bank account. Good luck in your endeavors.

Thought bout a web based ad? ur ISP should offer a certain abount of web space, aside from that maybe a site made thru yahoo or msn may suffice ? might not hit alot of ur target audience but its a place to start is it not ?
