I am behind on bills, and needless to say I need a job. It seems I am up against bad credit reports when employers run a credit check. I was not able to apply for a temp-to-hire job because of credit. I need a job to pay off bills but I am having a hard time finding work because of credit.

Most small business begin with owner their own savings. Even banks would be unprepared to lend to someone who is unwilling to risl some of their own money. If the woner does not have enough savigns, they could:

Remortgage their house
Sell some personal possessions
Borrow from family and friends

Using personal savings gives the owner 100% control and 100% fo the profits. The downside is that, if the business fails, the owner could loose everything, both business and personal assests

She financed this car that she bought from a shady dealership. She financed the car for 7,000 dollars. The car has major things wrong with it. Can she recind this deal? It was only friday when she went through this and she did not listen to anyone who advised her not to buy it....including me. But this is my little grandaughter and I want to help her because she needs this car to get through college. I thought there was a 3 day federal consumer law that would allow one to recind any deal made within the three day window after it was made....is this true? Thank you in advance for ANY information on this.

A friend filed bankruptcy and surrendered her pickup truck to be repossessed. Is there a maximum time limit allowed for the bank/dealer to pick up the vehicle. In other words, if they leave it over a certain period of time and fail to pick it up, do they forfeit the truck to my friend?

As far as I know, credit cards involve paying interest rates to the bank wich costs additional money on top of the purchases price. On the other hand debit cards are free when used in offline and online purchases, so does anybody know why people prefer to use credit cards instead of debit cards ?

I looked at my credit card statement today and found at least 250.00 worth of unauthorized credit charges, which occurred today and one yesterday from yahoo voice, which I don't even use. I called my credit card company and they stated I will have to wait 8 days because the charges are pending. This a crock of b.s.

Can overdrawing your checking account numerous times cause bad credit?
I pay everything on time, never late, always pay enough and yet I still have pretty bad credit. My only problem is overdrawing my account.
Does it screw me over?
