I just started a new job from 9:30 to 3 every day. I have a lot of bills to pay, and I'm trying to move out of my parents house. I also have a warrant which in all totals about $755. Should I get a second job to work in the evenings? I was thinking fast food or something like that. What do you think?

I am vested in my former company. My monthly pension payment will be $1100/month when I turn 65. If I start withdrawing now, my monthly payment is only $500/month. I am now 53. I don't intend to spend my $500 if I starting withdrawing now. Should I wait until 65 to start withdrawing my pension?

I'm 26 with about $6K in credit card debt and it makes me ill. I'm in a situation where work isn't allowing me the commissions as I was before and I don't have enough equity in my house for a HELOC.

Does anyone know credit card deals where I can transfer balances into one card? I need to crack down on this before it consumes me. I'm not getting as much back from taxes as I thought, and now I'm getting nervous. I don't have any late payments, but I'm still on edge. Ideas?

I already have built up 5 years worth of equity, The flat i own is estimated to be worth about £140k and I have a £110k mortgage so I probably have approx £30k equity in it.

She lives with me and wants to be in on the mortgage so she is not throwing her money away. How do i ensure that the equity i have accumulated doesn't become half hers now? any help or advice is welcome. thanks

I have terrible credit - my name is on the Nationa CHEX System for owing a bank money in over draft fees and turning this in on my bankruptcy. I need a checking account / VISA ATM. Is there a ligitimate bank out there that doesn't look at CHEX System and doesn't cost a lot to get a checking account. HELP!

I'm thinking that while bankrupt for 1-2yrs, my income (e.g. the payments to me from the student loans company) would be managed by an insolvency practitioner. Would my income therefore be taken away from me to pay off my debts?

My husband and I got into a heated argument and during that argument he said that I didnt know how to manage money. But it was I who got our bills and credit in order when he was deployed and it is I who continues to keep things in order. He had one bill to pay and has forgotten it over the last 3 months.

So when he said this I immediately said well we will have seperate accounts and we will be responsible for certain bills. I have take my bills and bills with both of our names, to prevent late payments because he cant be trusted.

He says he doesnt think this will be a good idea, because then everything else will begin to be seperated. IF he didnt want this then he shouldnt have said what he did.

This is my final conclusion whether he likes it or not, any advice? Has anyone else tried this?

Our combined AGI is less than 160K and we both contribute the maximum of 14% to our respective company's 401K plan. I will be 50 this year and my wife is 40. What amounts, if any, can we contribute to additional tax-advantaged accounts? Also, do our employers have to accept catch-up payments to their 401K plans?
