I wrote my rent check a few days ago, and didn't have enough money in my account. It debited my account for the amount of the check and I went into a negative balance. Can the check also bounce even though they debit my account? I transfered enough money back into my account the next day. Will I be charged any fees? This is the first time this has happened to me. Thanks.

my i.d. was not stolen . i am wondering what would be the case if it did happen .
Concerning my checking , credit cards and debit card : if my i.d. was stolen by someone and they depleted my checking account and maxed out my credit cards , would my money in my checking account be gone , and how much would i be liable for on my credit cards . i have heard i would only be liable for $50 dollars on credit cards but what about my money in the checking account . would it be lost ? thanks again .

This house has already drained our finances and lowered our credit score by a hundred points, not to mention that by trying to keep up on the payments on it, we almost got our home foreclosed on. We have four children also that we need to be able to take care of. and we have also had the house on the market for over a year and we have lowered the asking price by 10,000 lower than we owe already.

In December a bill i paid has been 'lost' by one of my service providers.
It has already taken them over 12 weeks to contact me, so as you can imagine I'm not too happy about the situation already, and they keep telling me they can't trace the payment i made without having my bank account number.
I have already faxed two bank statements to them (showing the date & amount that went out of my account to them), they also have things like my date of birth, address, name etc.

I really don't want to give my bank details out as I've already had a previous incident in May last year with this company where they took money out of my account without my permission.

Do they need my bank account number or can they trace it without it?

I requested money transfer of a matured 1-year CD in Net Bank(which is an online bank), but nothing has been done till now after 10 days. I called them again and again for almost 20 times, but every time I was told it would be done within that day and they would call me back. Still , nothing ever happened. I really couldn't stand with this anymore. What can I do now?

I'm contributing about 8.7% of my income to my 403(b) and have the money to start an IRA but am uncertain which of the two options would be best for me. I'm in my late twenties and plan on contributing at the end of the year for next year's tax filings and could use some suggestions. Thanks all.

Are there any banks that will give me a loan for that amount?? I was told that I might have to use the title of my car as collateral to get a personal bank loan! Is this true?? I don't think I would want to do that though!! Or do they use your credit to consider you for a personal bank loan?? I don't know how that works, can someone give me some accurate info...please??? Thank-you!!
