If a Bank Execution was served on the bank in your name, then this is a legal action.
A Bank Execution is a court ordered withdrawal to either 1)pay an overdue bill 2) pay overdue taxes or 3) pay overdue child support.
If they did not get the full amount they were looking for, they will keep coming back until the debt is fulfilled.
The IRS can also do this, but it is called and IRS Levy.
If someone fraudulently went to the bank and posed as you or a signer on the account, you need to speak to the bank and they will do an investigation. Then you most likely will get your money back, since this would be considered a forgery.

Get a lawyer ASAP!

For any company to have the ability to take any funds from your account that means you have probably been reported to a collection agency and subsequently in breach of a payment; or it means someone is stealing from you. Depending on what exactly is the reason for the withdrawal will determine your next steps.

Also, notify your bank immediately that you are disputing the withdrawal so they have it on record in case you need that later on.

I recommend you do everything in writing as well so you have a document trail.

It depends on the circumstances. Was it a debit type of withdrawal? Did you authorize access to the account? Was it a court ordered transaction? Contact your bank and report the action if you didn't authorize it or have knowledge.
