choose a good honest person is not easy. I suggest go to solicitor who willing to help.
It is best the executor is not bias on your family side.
Just have one executor only (prefreably some one healthy).

Say, for instance, you have two heirs and they are not on the best of terms. Or, one or both of them have jealous spouses. Making your heirs co-executors might alleviate some friction in settling your estate, but there may be better options.

Generally you won't need to unless you have reason to suspect that your first executor is dishonest or can't handle your estate.
