Having a pending lawsuit may not help much. No matter how strong your case, the outcome isn't a done thing. So, there's no collateral.

There are companies that will do that. I see advertisements for J.G. Wentworth all TV all the time advertising services like that. You can also ask your attorney for more suggestions.
