I requested money transfer of a matured 1-year CD in Net Bank(which is an online bank), but nothing has been done till now after 10 days. I called them again and again for almost 20 times, but every time I was told it would be done within that day and they would call me back. Still , nothing ever happened. I really couldn't stand with this anymore. What can I do now?

Thats the problem with online banks. The rate is not worth chasing unless its considerably more. Than what conventional banks are offering.

Truthfully if you are going to put money away for 1 year or more you may be better off investing in a conservative mutual funds with 80% Bonds and 20% in Equity.

Trot on down to the bank, raise a hissy fit and take your money OUT of that bank right now! How dare they treat you, a GOOD CUSTOMER that way!
And, tell them you are telling EVERYONE how poor their service is!

Phone them one last time and tell them that you are going to be contacting the better business bureau if this is not dealt with in a prompt manner.
