I just started a new job from 9:30 to 3 every day. I have a lot of bills to pay, and I'm trying to move out of my parents house. I also have a warrant which in all totals about $755. Should I get a second job to work in the evenings? I was thinking fast food or something like that. What do you think?

That's sounds like a good idea. Use your extra money straight towards bills or savings, though, don't get into just spending more. Remember too that your income may put you into higher taxes, so weigh that into the equation. That has gotten me into trouble before, because in the short term I earned extra money, but then had to pay double the taxes.
Michael's suggestion might be the way to go, as you will have some cash which may not be taxed.

If you have a lot of bills and they are piling up, your best bet would probably be to get a second job, but good luck at finding one. The economy sucks (but of course, that all depends on where you live) and finding a second job is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!

it on depends on i f you have the time,if you have kids, can you take the stress or not.but i know exactly where you're coming from. it is better to pay your own way through life instead of living for free.if you can do it, then do it. but you have to give up a lot also.like your free weekends, friends and social life but that will give you a sense of responability, xmoney and the will power to strive harder for the things you want in life and the things you can get with having extra spending money

I think you should get a second job if you think you have the time, the energy, can set get enough sleep and it won't effect your first job.

Waiting tables in a popular restaurant or bar will give you cash and usually short shifts.
