It isn't going to happen.
Any legitimate source of funds don't need you in the mix.
But anyone can get a finders fee for directing others to loan Brokers. How many friends do you have that want to borrow money and can't get it from legitimate sources on their own?
You have to have an awful lot to make a living on this.

On the internet, Craig's List, Los Angeles. Go to sales/biz development, put in "loan". You'll find at least three advertising for same. Good Luck!
