I don't have a bank account. The money order specifically indicates pay to the order of "Me". Since i don't have a bank account. How do I cash it? how do I make my parents or a friend who has a bank account do it for me? Its not a postal money order so therefore i can't go to the post office to cash it.

I had someone write me a $1,800 check the bounced and subsequently caused over $400 in returned item fees. The bank will not normally refund these fees. Is there any sort of trick or tip on how to convince them to get this money back as it was not my fault. I bank with Bank of America and want to know if there is any way to talk them into returning that money.

Hello. I recived a call from a nasty little man looking for my wife last week. i told him she is not here, he then told me that i am a lawyer and she ows me money now. I told him how, he went on and told me that she quit paying on a capital one card 5 years ago thats 3100. I said i have to discuss it with her, he said to late you have till the end of the day. He also told me it looks like the 2 of you own a home, if you dont call me i will take you to court and part of your house will be mine. I did talk to my wife a day later and pulled up her credit and its there. Now can they do this with the house. this debt occured before we got married or bought a house
