you probably have bad credit? Call a mortgage broker and ask them if they do hard loans..The rates will be a few points higher than if you have a good credit but a loan is a loan.

That fact that you have been declined is an indication you should not go into debt for a loan. Interest rates are higher in most cases. If your bank won't give you one I would not be seeking one. I don't know what it is for so I can't answer further here.

Try one of those title loan companies. They advertise no credit checks, and some even offer no interest for 30 days as long as you have a clear auto title.

Do you own your home? If so, check into a "reverse mortgage".
If not, I don't know, although you should steer clear of those schmucks hawking their loans on T.V.

it all depends on your credit score, and what credit reporting agency they are looking at.

go online and review your credit score with Experion and Equifax, they are the most commonly used credit reporting agencies. if you have bad marks on your credit, you can dispute them and the company you are dealing with with dispute it for you and investigate it for you.

that will bring your credit rating up, then go back and try again. or you can try one of the fast cash loan offices, their rates are usually unreasonably high and they will usually only give you a maximum of $100.00 loan. you are best to fix your credit score and get the loan you are looking for
