Hey!
Sorry,the categorie might be wrong but I didn't know where to fit it in better.
So between October 05-February 06 I lived with my girlfriend in the United States (NJ) with her parents. However,in February we had a huge argument and got kicked out. So we moved to Germany into my house.
There was mail sent to her parents that was for me,it was pretty important work mail. Her Mom actually TOLD us it was there and wanted to send it over to Germany but her new husband just took it. Nobody knows if he destroyed it,trashed it or just keeps it somewhere (but he did NOT send it back to the persons who sent it).
We knew that for like 4 of months now already,but wanted to wait if he'll change his mind and send it over. Now I'm kinda fed up with that and want to know what to do.
Could I sue him for it(even though some time went by) and if, would I have to go to the USA for that or could I do it from here?
We took a lot of their bull**, got kicked out and I really need that mail now. THX :)

I sit across from one of the Assistant Managers [not my direct, but from another team] and he has a bad habit of shaking his legs while he works, which in turn shakes the whole desk cube that we share. It shakes my monitor (it's flat screen so it shakes pretty bad) and it's really annoying. I've told him nicely about it once but maybe he forgot or whatever. So now I just grab my monitor to hold it still every time he does it. I'm just hoping he gets the picture when he sees me do that, but what else can I do!?? Ugh!

It's bad enough I can feel every single movement when someone walks around since we're on the third floor. With the floor shaking, the desk shaking, and now HIM shaking, my monitor shaking... AHHH!

I am 13 and have all this money and don't know what to do with it. I take my friends on jet rides, take them to amusment parks and travel the world along with donating to charitys. But I would like to figure somthing out besides watching a huge t.v. playing x-box 360, and getting fat! I dont want to get fat I like my chubby self. But what can I do to help the comunity around me with my money? Or something to spend it on! Please help!

I have an idea for a product. I just do not know where to begin. Where should i start if I want to go from idea to reality. It's very marketable, fuctional, affordable and even has a catchy acronym as it's name. Where do I begin the process of developing the product. I know I would need to have it patented, so that no one can just use the idea. What other steps should I take? Finding financing is not so much my concern, finding the right market is more important. Thanks so much for any help you can provide. If it helps any further (to know local regulations) I am from North Carolina.
