I have a great investment idea and the land to do it, but i do not have the capital, who should i talk to.?

i am looking to open a theme park/ Resort in Guyana, South America. My family own 50 acres of land but we lack the finance to back this project. i am looking for investors to help me.

Talk to the World Bank, the IMF, local banks...etc.
