Also for home purchase, could not fit it in.
Based on what I have found, it seems like a Roth IRA. ???
I also have 401k's and other investments, so this would be supplemental.

I'm hearing a lot in the news lately about "high risk mortgages". I was wondering what they are, exactly? What constitutes as a high risk mortgage? Not being able to make payments every month? Or credit scores?

If for example an income statement for a company says that all number are expressed in thousands than that would mean if it just had the number 1 for total assets then the total assets is 1,000. Is that correct? So if it said it had total assets fo 62,348 I would add 3 zeros to it to get the actual amount, right?

Best way to bring a web site to top search engines

I tried meta files key words, descriptions Google web master tips yahoo tips and every thing. Still my site is the same position as it used to be. It is page 4 or # 40

I want to bring it page 1 or 1-10 rank.

Do I have to pay for the so-called search engine ranking companies or I can do it by my self. Helppppppppp

I've been reading a lot of "How to do well in an interview" type stuff. They all tell you not to be negative about your current/past job. I can't think of many nice things to say about my current job. The Exception has become the Rule in almost every aspect. Things are very inconsistent and just don't make sense. The salesman are all out for themselves and their clients, and don't care if it screws anyone else over. I make tons of suggestions to help things run smoother, but they don't like change so all I get is "That's a good idea", but it's never implemented, or "Well, uh...we can't do that...it won't work...blah blah blah". The honest answer to "Why did you leave your last job?" is "because my managers were idiots!"
"When is the last time you thought outside the box?" We aren't allowed to think outside the box. And even if we do, it's really only common sense, which to normal people is nothing spectacular. My job itself isn't difficult, but the environment is.

Our city yearly puts on a western-themed parade, chili cook-off, rodeo and carnival to raise funds for the local charities. However, over the years our demographics have changed from semi-rural to a more urban, affluent constituency.
Consequently the yearly fund raiser has sufferd from lack of interest and has lost money for the past five years. What alternative functions have your cities found to be profitable?

I currently live in a 1bed/ 1bath in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, paying $990 monthly. The lease is up at the end of the year, so we are looking for something bigger and our cost here will go up approx. $50 dollars monthly. My co-worker's brother has a home in Hesperia, CA (much more affordable area) that he is interested in renting to us for what we are paying now. The home is a 3bed/ 2 bath, but he needs to keep his business tools and other stuff in the garage and one bedroom. The home is very nice, and he is willing to include all the appliances. Were I am concerned is, I can easily find a home with all the rooms included for about the same cost, or $100-200 more a month. I'm trying to weigh out my options; I've asked him if he could drop the rental price a bit more, but he said he's not sure and will get back to me; I think he pays about $1200 for his monthly mortgage. I would normally jump on the offer because it's what we are currently paying, but it's 40 miles from work.

So i work at two different places. My original job i absolutely love and i make pretty good money serving there. However, a family problem occured (my sister worked there and had an affair with another emplyee, making it awkward at first for me.) Upon hearing this news i was very disappointed and got another job. However i wanted to balance both jobs becuase i always like to have options. Well the new job sucks. I have only worked two days and never at one of the other 4 jobs i have had has it been so miserable, especially to start. I have no desire to even go in. Should i just no call/ no show. Its really not gonna hurt them seeing as they put 30 servers on the floor on a not so busy weekday night. Plus the wheather is horible and im not risking wrecking my car to make 21 dollars in 6 hours!! So should i no call/no show, or just walk out? To put it in perspective, i have never not put in my two weeks thats how bad this job is.

I think I've done well in interviews and I am not just stuck looking in the Comm field I've applied for many different types of jobs from retail to office jobs to even blockbuster and still no luck. I am really worried because soon I'll have to start paying on my student loans and I dont have any money. I'm just so discouraged.any tips?

I tried so many websites that invovled doing "surveys" for free and the "reward" they said they give you is to enter in sweepstakes, coupons and other naive things. I want an actual work at home job that I can can start doing for free and where I can get paid by means of checks.

The 90 day trial stipulation basically states that you will begin all the new job responsibilities of a manager immediatly. However, you will continue being paid as a regular employee for 90 days. At the end of the 90 days, there will be a formal evaluation to determine if the responsibilities are being fully fullfilled. If they are then the pay raise will begin, and will reflect on the next paycheck (4 months from the first day of taking on the responsibilities). If they are not being fullfilled, then the trail period will continue without a pay increase until they are met.

Is this normal? Or even legal? Can you increase an employees work load without gaurenteeing a pay increase? Seems like some BS to me. Ever heard of it?

My employer offers raffle tickets for hitting my daily conversion rates and on the end of the month the tickets are drawn for items ranging from $15 gift cards to $700 dollar TVs. On recieving your next paycheck if you won an item the tax will be automaticly deducted from your check. Now as it is my understanding incentives from employers are 100% tax deductable. So if they dont have to pay they taxes why should I? Can they, should they and if they arent who do I contact about this?
