Believe it or not the chances are good that you'll get satisfaction simply by finding their phone number and calling them. Most companies want to stay in business and are aware that ripping people off is not the way to go about it.

You must call. Emails usually don't get good results.
If they say the shoes have been shipped, then ask them how they were shipped (ground, air, next day). Who shipped them (Fed Ex, UPS...).

Then tell them to give you the tracking number. Go to the shipping companies website and enter the tracking number.
This will tell you EVERY step your shoes took during the delivery process. And any problems that occurred during the shipping process.

Now your armed with all the information you need to straighten out the problem. I'm willing to bet the fault is in the shipping process not in the companies dishonesty.

You need to call your credit card company or bank. Explain to them what is up.

If you check the web site carefully you should be able to find a contact number for them. If it's not in plane site it's usually very small at the bottom of the page next to the copyright link.

What credit card did you use to pay for them? Write to your credit card company and attach the 3 emails as proof that you've tried to contact the seller to no avail. Your credit card company should be able to help you.

Go to your bank and tell them. If it was an electronic purchase it can be disputed due to Regulation E.
